How do I subscribe?
All you need to do is navigate to your favorite product page, whether it be Pet Releaf Edibites, Hemp Oils, Hemp Oil Capsules, or Canna Care Topical! Once you’re on the product page, select “Choose a Purchase Plan” to select the frequency for how often you want your product delivered. This will then bring you to review your cart, before entering your billing, shipping, and credit card information. That’s it! You’re all set up for your monthly order!

Where can I see and manage subscriptions?
In order to process your purchase automatically, you will need to have a Pet Releaf account set up with us. Create your Pet Releaf account today! When you have a Pet Releaf account, you’ll be able to track and manage all of your subscriptions.
How many subscriptions can I have?
You can have multiple subscriptions! If you like purchasing two or more products a month, you can absolutely do so with our subscription service. Simply follow the same steps listed above.
How do I know when a subscription will renew?
You’ll be notified via email 24 hours before a subscription is about to renew! Once the subscription has been processed, we will then ship out your product. For example, if you purchased your monthly subscription on June 1st, we will process the next subscription period on July 1st. You will also receive an email notification with the shipping information, so you can easily track your purchase.
If you need to make changes to your shipping or payment details, we recommend making those changes before midnight on your subscription renewal date on your account.
Why won’t my subscription renew?
When your subscription doesn’t renew automatically, you may have an incorrect or expired payment method linked to your account. We recommend always making sure your credit card information is up to date, so it can be renewed without issue.
Does Pet Releaf store my financial information?
Absolutely not! We do not store any financial information in our servers. We use a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure that your information is always secure. Your payment information can never be seen or modified by anyone but you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’re not a fan of the subscription service, they can be canceled and managed on your Pet Releaf account at any time.
