What financial planning did you consider prior to getting your pet(s)?

This is a cute question… admittedly, we didn’t initially consider it as much as we should have. Looking back, I can’t stress enough how important it is to prepare financially for a new pet.

Do you believe where you live influences your monthly pet costs?

Absolutely, 100%. The cost of living, resources, and even the climate can impact how much we spend on our pets.

How did you decide what the right food option is for your pet(s)?

Lots of education and research led us to finding what works best for our pets. One of our dogs developed hemolytic anemia, a condition where the body attacks its own red blood cells, leading us to explore the raw meat diet.

How much food do you go through in a month?

We go through about 40 pounds of raw meat and another 20 pounds of kibble.

Which Pet Releaf products do you use and why?

We regularly use the Daily Releaf 500 and Ultra Releaf 300 products to maintain overall health and take preventive measures against seizures. It’s become a staple in our pets’ wellness routine. We also supplement with Edibites.

Which products are you subscribed to and what savings do you receive by being subscribed?

We’re subscribed to the Daily Releaf 500. We rely on it every day, so it’s nice having the subscription, knowing we don’t have to worry about running out.

    • Discount: 15% off each re-order
    • Frequency: Monthly
    • Other Perks: Free shipping

What would be your biggest tip to pet parents when it comes to budgeting?

Educate yourself across the board. It’s important to listen to your vet, but also do your own research into natural options. A mix of professional vet advice and exploring holistic alternatives on our own has worked best for us. Advocating for your pet means being open to a wide range of options that could benefit them beyond the typical conventional methods.
